These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and aq444 ("the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). They govern your use of the aq444 website, mobile interface, games, sports betting markets, and all associated services available at aq444.vip.

Deposit Policy

Deposits are accepted via the following methods, subject to minimum and maximum limits set by aq444:

Withdrawal Policy

General Bonus Conditions

• Each promotion is available to one account per household, device, and IP address. Attempts to exploit multiple accounts to claim the same bonus will result in forfeiture and possible account closure.
• All bonus funds carry a rollover requirement as specified in the individual offer. Standard wagering requirements are expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., 20x means the bonus must be wagered twenty times before withdrawal).

Sports Betting

aq444 offers live and pre-match betting markets on cricket (including BPL, IPL, ICC events, and Bangladesh national fixtures), football, kabaddi, and other sports. The following rules apply to all sports wagering:

• Bets are final once confirmed. aq444 does not accept requests to cancel or modify a confirmed bet except in the case of a documented technical fault on our side.
• In the event of a match or event being abandoned, postponed, or voided by the governing body, bets will be settled in accordance with aq444's sport-specific settlement rules, which are available in the Help section.
• Odds displayed at time of bet placement apply to that bet. Live odds fluctuate; aq444 cannot be held liable for accepted odds that were briefly displayed in error due to a feed latency issue.

Casino and Slots Games

All casino games, slots, and crash titles on aq444 are powered by certified third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Games are governed by their respective RNG (Random Number Generator) certification and documented RTP (Return to Player) rates. aq444 does not alter game outcomes. 5. Prohibited Activities

• Using automated bots, scripts, software tools, or artificial intelligence to place bets, exploit odds, or gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any financial activity intended to conceal the origin or destination of funds processed through aq444.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the platform's software, servers, or any connected third-party gaming systems.
• Providing false identity information, using another person's identity or payment method without their explicit consent, or colluding with other players to manipulate game or bet outcomes.

aq444 employs advanced fraud detection systems and conducts manual reviews of flagged accounts. Players found to have violated these prohibitions will have all balances withheld pending investigation. Where applicable, legal proceedings may be initiated.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the aq444 platform — including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, game interfaces, copy, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of aq444 or its licensed content providers. No part of this content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used in any commercial capacity without express written permission from aq444.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to sublicence, resell, modify, or create derivative works from any platform content.

Continued use of the aq444 platform following the posting of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you disagree with the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which aq444 operates.
